It may be difficult to decide what to write in the resume because of the vast experience garnered in the past. However, if you have a lot of relevant work experience, give it full credit by mentioning where you worked, whom you worked for, and a detailed look into your duties. Avoid going into the details of your education or achievements that are not in relation to the job you are seeking. Your latest experience should be mentioned first, followed by the previous jobs you have held.
Do not learn answers verbatim; you do not want to sound rehearsed. Take a few seconds if you need to, think about the question and answer confidently. Once you are able to answer confidently, half the battle is won. Do not lie about your qualification and experience. Moreover, dress appropriately and be on time. From my interview experiences I have learned that you can never be sure whether you will get a job or not. Some interviewers might be rude and go to the extent of ridiculing you and a few days later you might get a call saying that you've got the job. So, do not panic, give in your best and be confident. I hope these tips will help you in preparing for your interview. Best of luck!
I don't think there would be a need to escalate a matter, but considering dire straits, then it would be only in the case where the customer out-rightly refuses to speak to me, due to a prior bad experience while he/she was lodging a complaint with us.
In the software development field, an employee can work on numerous projects while being in a single consulting company. In such cases, resumes with a reverse chronological order are simple to understand. The applicant needs to mention every minute technical detail of the projects worked on, as the resume is technical oriented. This includes collection and analysis of data, designing, programming, developing, software testing, compiling, and go-live of the project. Details of academic projects can also be included in this section.
